As i don't beleive in degree and i do beleive more in the stage of realisation. Who ever the candidate might be he should have his policy for 5 years as PM of TIBETAN. 1. His polical stand. 2. His economic policy. 3. His education policy. 4. His foriegn policy. 5. His youth mobolising policy and so on. clear out all his policies to the public that public can understand what he do within his seat for 5 years. without any policies and he can not campaign.without any policy intellectauls are no used, without any aim one is useless. If he can not fullfill the desire of comman people and if he is not effective for the Tibetan struggle under Chinese Communist Party than people cn protest him to design. that is how election of democracy can be effective. So for that this time candidate have to come infrant of public for campaign without doubt with his policies in public. otherswise, the election is not a complete democrcy election. with that i would like to thank all the candidates who really want to serve Tibetans and who really want to make change in the newly old rusted Tibetan government for years. best of luck... kelsang ktm I am so happy with the information, writen by lobsang la.
